• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in suspension of online booking privileges.
• Sree Chaitanya Dental Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to clinician unavailability, emergencies, or force majeure events.
