Your Right to Data Erasure

Under Section 13 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have the right to request the erasure of personal data that we hold about you, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

⚠️ Important Note

Clinical and health records must be retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last treatment under Indian medical law. These records cannot be deleted during this retention period but will be isolated from any marketing or non-clinical use.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [Your Name]"

Include your full name, registered phone number, and the email address used during registration.

We will verify your identity within 3 business days and process the request within 30 days of verification.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, along with details of any data that must be legally retained.
